Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: ————

Dr. Cara and affiliated entities are committed to fostering a digital experience that is thoughtful, accessible, and welcoming to all users, including individuals with disabilities. Accessibility and inclusive design are considered as part of our ongoing website, platform, and digital-experience development process as we continue to evolve our educational offerings, leadership resources, coaching programs, workshops, digital products, subscriptions, and related services.

We strive to support accessibility practices aligned with generally recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), where reasonably practicable. Our goal is to improve usability, readability, navigation, and overall accessibility across commonly used browsers, devices, and assistive technologies while continuing to enhance the user experience over time.

Accessibility considerations may include, where appropriate:

·  Keyboard-accessible navigation;

·  Readable typography and color contrast;

·  Alternative text for meaningful images;

·  Responsive mobile functionality;

·  Accessible forms and interactive features;

·  Captioning or transcript considerations for applicable content;

·  And ongoing review of digital materials and user pathways.

Certain portions of the user experience may rely upon third-party platforms, integrations, embedded tools, payment processors, scheduling software, video technologies, AI-supported systems, or external applications whose accessibility practices are independently managed. These may include platforms such as Squarespace, Stripe, Zoom, Delphi.ai, Google Workspace, and related service providers. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to work with reputable providers and improve accessibility throughout our digital ecosystem, certain third-party content or integrations may not yet be fully adapted to all accessibility standards or technologies.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process, not a single-time initiative, and we remain committed to continuous improvement as technologies, standards, and user needs evolve.

If you experience difficulty accessing any portion of the website, digital materials, forms, educational content, live sessions, or related services, or if you would like to request a reasonable accommodation or alternative access method, please contact us through the methods listed on our Contact page or official communications. When reaching out, please include:

·  The webpage, feature, or resource involved;

·  A brief description of the issue encountered; and

·  If possible, the device, browser, or assistive technology being used.

We review accessibility feedback and accommodation requests in good faith and seek to respond within a commercially reasonable timeframe. We value feedback that helps us improve accessibility, usability, and the overall experience for our community.
