Your subscription comes with a seat at the Monday call.
Thirty minutes, live each Monday, with the cup in hand. The call opens the way Dr. Cara opens any room: three slow, long breaths. Then one leadership moment from the week, worked through together, and one small thing to try before the next call. Cameras are welcome and optional.
The people on the call are leaders who hold a lot and want a steadier way to hold it. Directors, founders, clinicians, people running teams and running households. Some have been through Dr. Cara's programs. Many begin here.
[Recording policy: replays available for x days, or live only.]

The Brazilian coffee in the Espresso comes from a farm owned and led by a woman, through a program that pays women farmers directly and shares a premium on each sale. The Drip comes from a collective of 85 smallholder families in Tolima, Colombia, 38 of them women.
