Welcome to The GroundID Leader
Connect yourself so you can elevate and expand for those you lead.
You are in this room because you have already done the work to be capable. Your record speaks for itself. The 12 weeks ahead are not about adding another layer of competence. They are about examining the patterns underneath the competence. The ones that built your career and now run on autopilot. The ones that drive your decisions before you are aware they are driving anything.
What you build over 12 weeks is not a new leadership style. It is a new relationship with the way you already lead. By the end, you will know who you are when struggle arrives. That is the outcome this program produces.

The Self and the 8 C’s
Internal Family Systems theory describes the Self as the core of who you are the compassionate, curious, confident center beneath all of your protective strategies. When you are in Self, eight qualities naturally show up. You do not need to learn them. You need to create the conditions in which they can emerge. Each week of this program is designed to do exactly that.
• Calm: a settled nervous system; the foundation that makes clear perception under pressure possible.
• Curiosity: genuine interest, without judgment or agenda.
• Clarity: seeing the situation without distortion from extreme beliefs or blended emotions.
• Compassion: heartfelt care for the parts of you that built the patterns.
• Confidence: a grounded sense of capability that is not contingent on external validation.
• Courage: the willingness to face difficult emotions, conversations, and choices.
• Creativity: new responses, new perspectives, new ways of being.
• Connectedness: feeling part of something larger than yourself.
The Four Leadership Origin Profiles
The RPR Method.
Receive, Perceive, Respond (RPR) is the operational model that threads through every session. RPR is introduced in Week 1 as an observation method, deepened through Month 2 as a regulation practice, and by Month 3 becomes a daily leadership discipline.
• Receive: what actually arrived. Slow the moment down. What words, what tone, what data was actually present?
• Perceive: what you made it mean. What part got activated? What identity belief shaped the perception? What would Self see in this same moment?
• Respond: what you choose from clarity. The chosen response is not the perfect response. It is the one that came from clarity rather than reactivity.
The 12-Week Arc
The three months unfold as three movements, each doing specific psychological work, each sequenced to make the next possible.
• Month 1 (Weeks 1-4): Recognize Value. The identity work. Surface what you have been carrying without language for it.
• Month 2 (Weeks 5-8): Embody Grace. The regulation work. Build the body-level capacity to hold what Month 1 named.
• Month 3 (Weeks 9-12): Conquer Control. The execution work. Engage the most defended leadership patterns.
